Shipping policy

  • General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
  • Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
  • Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 to 12 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
  • Please note we do not ship on [Sundays]. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Free Shipping India Wide

  • We can shipping to virtually any address in INDIA and offer FREE delivery with our courier partners BLUE DART EXPRESS, GATI etc. Please be aware we can sometimes experience slightly longer delays due to higher volume of orders) .

  • If a rug sometimes becomes unavailable due to out of stock, we can place the rug on backorder if the customer wishes to do so. If this is the case we provide the customer with an approx eta of the rug which is also subject to change due to change due to changes beyond our control.

  • If this happens and the customer no longer wants to wait for the rug we are more than happy to provide a full refund back to the customer.

  • During our busier periods like public holidays and peak season, we can sometimes experience a slight delay in dispatching due to the high volume of back orders. Please note deliveries will vary from 10 to 14 working days depending on location.
